WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

  • STANDARD SHIPPING PAN INDIA - Free 

Extra charges for COD is Rs.100.

Express delivery - 50. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

We take 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order and handover to the courier. After that the courier takes around 1-7 working days to deliver your order. 

However, Due to festive or holiday season the order quantity is very high and courier companies have longer offs and pickup wait times and hence the order fulfillment times rise up to 3-4 working days. We recommend choosing the EXPRESS delivery option in order to get the items on time.

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number. 

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets, Ola Money, EMI, IMPS/NEFT & Simpl using our payment gateways RazorPay, PhonePe & Easebuzz at the time of checkout. You can also checkout with Cash On Delivery. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. 

CAN YOU CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

You can change or cancel your order after placing your order by sending us your cancellation or change request on any of our contact channels.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. 

CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

You can change your shipping address after placing your order by sending us your change request on any of our contact channels.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your order will be changed or re-routed and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE 

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customers expense. 

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED

We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier.
