Lifetime Warranty & Repair

We offer lifetime warranties on your 18K Gold/White Gold Plated Stainless Steel Jewelry starting from the date of purchase. To exercise your warranty, contact us on any of our channels with your problem & order information.  

For 18K Gold/White Gold Plated Stainless Steel Jewelry, if the item tarnishes, we will first try to fix/replate it, if its is fixable then we charge only shipping (Rs 300) & the services are free. If the above is not possible then, you can self ship the item back to us (or we can arrange pickup from you for Rs 150). Once we receive the item back to us you'll receive store credit (valid for lifetime) based on the credit terms given below: 

- 0-6 months: 45% of invoice value
- 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value
- After 12 months: 10% of invoice value

Breakage Warranty:

We offer a customer-friendly breakage warranty, in case of damage or breakage because of wear and tear, damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling, loss of crystals or stones on the jewelry. Just send us a picture of the item and your order ID and claim 15% of your order value as BRIA store credit. 

Exclusions from Warranty:

- Third-party resizing or alterations.
