Lifetime Warranty & Repair

We offer lifetime warranties on tarnishing or plating discoloration of your 18K Gold/White Gold Plated Stainless Steel Jewelry starting from the date of purchase. To exercise your warranty, contact us on any of our channels with your problem & order information.  

For 18K Gold/White Gold Plated Stainless Steel Jewelry, if the item tarnishes or discoloration occurs, send us a picture of the item along with your order ID & you'll receive store credit/replacement based on the credit terms given below: 

- 0-3 months: Replacement of the item (The item has to come back first to the warehouse & shipping of 149 Rs to be covered by the customer, or the customer can self-ship)
- 3-6 months: 45% of invoice value 
- After 6 months: 25% of invoice value

Exclusions from Plating/Discoloration Warranty:

- Scratches/Damage due to regular wear & tear
- Breakage due to mishandling, accidental drops, or force
- Lost stones, crystals, or parts
- Third-party/self repairs, alterations, or resizing

In case the item breaks/loses stones due to regular wear & tear, we have our Breakage Warranty that can be enforced (after you send us a picture) as follows:

After evaluating the picture of the item along with your order ID & the item will be either marked as FIXABLE or NO LONGER FIXABLE.

If the item is marked as fixable, the customer can pay 149 Rs. to cover the shipping to our warehouse, or they can self-ship the damaged item. Once we receive the item, we will fix it for FREE & the item will be sent back to the customer. 

If the item is marked as no longer fixable, in case of damage or breakage because of wear and tear, damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling, or loss of crystals or stones on the jewelry, the customer can claim 30% of their item value as BRIA store credit.
