Lifetime Warranty & Replating Services

We offer lifetime warranties on your stainless steel jewelry* & 925 silver jewelry** starting from the date of purchase. To exercise your warranty, contact us on any of our channels with your problem & order information.  

*For 18K Gold/White Gold Plated Stainless Steel Jewelry, if the item tarnishes, breaks or loses the stones, we will first try to fix/replate it, if its is fixable then we charge only shipping (Rs 350) & the services are free. If the above is not possible then, you can self ship the item back to us (or we can arrange pickup from you for Rs 150). Once we receive the item back to us you'll receive store credit (valid for lifetime) based on the credit terms given below: 

- 0-6 months: 25% of invoice value
- 6-12 months: 15% of invoice value
- After 12 months: 10% of invoice value

**For replating or fixing the stones of the rhodium plated 925 SILVER jewelry within six months of purchase, we charge only shipping (Rs 350) & the plating is free. We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days. 

**For replating the rhodium plated 925 SILVER jewelry after 6 months from date of purchase, we charge shipping (Rs 350) plus replating service's cost to you (Rs 450). We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days. 

**For replating the 18K gold plated 925 SILVER jewelry anytime after purchase, we charge one way shipping (Rs 300) plus replating service's cost to you (Rs 450). We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days. 

For fixing stones in any jewelry after 6 months from date of purchase, we charge shipping (Rs 350) & the cost of stones (Rs 30 for small & Rs 60 for big). We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days.
